Providing Full or Partial Scholarships to Families that Qualify

Community Child Care Council of Sonoma County (4Cs)

The California Alternative Payment Program (CAPP) or Voucher Program (VP) provides assistance for eligible families to select their own childcare provider. This program is administered by 4Cs of Sonoma County. In these programs, 4Cs pays the cost of childcare up to the market rate ceilings allowed by funders. Parents may have a co-payment if they select a provider that charges more than 4Cs can pay.
